Bedets.  Bedets everywhere.  All functional toilets I have encountered have this option.  One of our traveling companions is Turkish, and he has been enjoying this feature since his butt arrived in the airport.  Today we traveled to Kyoto, and discovered our hotel has heated toilet seats.  Only 15 years until this feature arrives in the US...
